Can I change plans later?

What counts as a prompt?
A prompt is one buyer-style question you want us to track, like "What's the best CRM for a small remote sales team?" We run it across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity daily and log how your brand appears in each response.
What happens if I reach my plan's prompt limit?
Each plan has a fixed prompt limit, for example, Starter includes 15. Once you've added that many, you won't be able to add more until you remove one or upgrade to a plan with a higher limit.
What does "domain" mean?
One domain is one brand you're tracking. If you're an agency managing several client brands, each one counts as a domain, so a 5-domain plan covers 5 separate brands.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, every plan includes a 7-day free trial, no credit card required. You'll get a reminder before it ends, and you can cancel anytime with no charge.
