These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LiveMentions, operated from Dhaka, Bangladesh, including our website and the platform at platform.livementions.com. By creating an account or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use LiveMentions.
LiveMentions tracks how your brand appears in responses from third-party AI models, currently ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity, by running the prompts you configure on a recurring schedule and reporting the results in your dashboard.
To use LiveMentions, you must create an account with accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away at team@livementions.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
New accounts may start a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you'll need to choose a paid plan to continue using LiveMentions, your tracked prompts and data are not deleted automatically when a trial ends, but data collection pauses until you subscribe.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record, who handles payment collection, tax calculation, and invoicing on our behalf. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's own terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
Each plan includes a fixed number of prompts and domains you can track. This limit is enforced directly in the platform, once reached, you won't be able to add more until you remove an existing one or upgrade to a higher plan.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, we don't offer partial refunds for unused time unless required by law.

LiveMentions reports on responses generated by third-party AI models we don't control, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity. These responses can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or change over time as the underlying models are updated. We do our best to accurately capture and classify what these models say, but we don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any AI-generated content shown in your dashboard.
LiveMentions, including our branding, dashboard design, and underlying technology, is our property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of the prompts and brand information you submit, and grant us the license needed to run and display your tracking results as part of the service.
Our service relies on third-party providers, including Paddle for billing and the AI model providers listed above, to function. Their own terms and policies apply to the portions of the service they handle. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how data flows to these providers.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or where required by law. Where reasonably possible, we'll notify you before doing so.
LiveMentions is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-tracking results will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveMentions and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on AI-tracking data shown in your dashboard.
You agree to indemnify and hold LiveMentions harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example, as we add new features, plans, or service providers. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of LiveMentions after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.
